INFORMATION FOR GENERAL DEVOTEES

The Panguni Uthiram procession starts from the Assembly Tent located along Yishun Industrial Park A on 1 April 2026 from 3am and ends at the Holy Tree Sri Balasubramaniar Temple. Temple doors will open at 3am on 1 April 2026. Temple Paal Kavadi will leave the Assembly Tent at 3am. No Kavadis and Paal Kudams are allowed to leave the Assembly Tent before the Temple Paal Kavadi. Kavadi procession can start at 3am. All devotees must fulfil their vows by 10.30pm, 1 April 2026.

POINTS TO NOTE

  • There should be strictly no smoking and consumption or possession of alcohol within the Temple premises & Panguni Uthiram 2026 procession route.
  • Devotees are advised to move along the procession route at a steady pace and comply with directions given by route marshals and volunteers.
  • Devotees are kindly advised to follow traffic rules when on the streets for their own safety and for the safety of other devotees, and to help maintain public order.
  • Devotees must be attired appropriately. Painting of faces/bodies and/or wearing any form of disguise is not permitted.
  • Devotees are requested not to litter and to help us keep the premises clean. This facilitates a pleasant experience for all devotees.
  • The comfort and safety of devotees are of our primary concern.
  • Please help preserve the sanctity and decorum of the Panguni Uthiram Festival.
